Frequently-Asked Questions

Where do I pick up my tickets?

There are no physical tickets. Instead, your name will be placed on our door list to allow for convenient, hassle-free entry.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

All ticket sales take place online.

However, in the rare cases that there are unsold tickets remaining after online sales close at 5:00pm on performance day, they can be purchased at the door (cash only).

Is there a ticket waiting list?

We do not resell tickets, and there are no waiting lists. Additionally, we do not offer “standing room only” tickets. So, if you are interested in attending any upcoming performance, we highly recommend you purchase your tickets promptly.

Do I get to pick my seat?

Seating arrangements are based on the order of ticket purchases, with specific tables/booths based on the ticket package you select.

What is the dress code?

McGonigel’s Mucky Duck is a laidback venue where everyone is welcome, no formal dress required. Just dress as you would for a fun night out on the town – and yes, a shirt and shoes are a must!

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket prices vary based on the event and ticket package. Please review the specific performance/event webpage for details on pricing and ticket availability.

What time should I arrive?

Shows at The Duck start on time, so please don’t be late. Because we provide a full dinner service before and during each show, your arrival should be timed accordingly.

We recommend arriving an hour prior to the performance start time so that you can enjoy a relaxed dining experience. Or, if you are planning on dining during a late show performance, we suggest planning to be seated about 15 minutes before start time.

We will hold reserved seats until showtime, with a 15-minute grace period until they are released.

What is your cancellation/refund/exchange policy?

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for performance and event tickets.

Is there a full bar?

Yes. McGonigel’s Mucky Duck is a full-service restaurant and bar, and we offer an exceptional selection of beers, wines, and liquors.

Is dinner included in the ticket price?

Food and drink will be purchased separately from your ticket unless you are attending a special holiday dinner show/event.

McGonigel’s Mucky Duck is known for our signature menu of British pub-style comfort food, all made from scratch. Our meals are the hearty, delicious, and flavorful favorites you’ll likely find yourself craving time and time again – so make sure you come hungry!

Can I take photos/video?

Flash photography is not allowed, and video/audio recordings are also forbidden until the artist/management has given express permission.

We ask that all guests are respectful of the artist(s) and fellow concertgoers. So, if you need to use your cell phone during a performance, please use our outdoor patio space.
