Since the late 1990s, the Hot Club of Cowtown has built a global reputation for virtuosity and unforgettable live shows. The Times of London called their sound “another breathless journey in the Texas Tardis.” The New York Times praised their “arsenal full of technique and joy,” and the Belfast Telegraph named them “a pretty much perfect country trio at the very top of their game.” Critics consistently point to their blend of jazz, swing, and country, always in service of a good time on the dance floor.

The band has toured worldwide for over twenty-five years, on its own and alongside artists including Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Gatemouth Brown and the Avett Brothers. Highlights include Glastonbury, Fuji Rock, Stagecoach, and the Women in Jazz series at Jazz at Lincoln Center, along with tours as US State Department Musical Ambassadors abroad. They were inducted into the Texas Western Swing Hall of Fame.
